Another successful survey in Wales

A Lady in Wales had been in her country house for 4 years. Every year the mould and condensation problems on her walls had got steadily worse in the winter and she was becoming increasingly anxious that the house had a major structural problem. She and her husband had decided they may have to sell the house.

One of our Damp Surveyors in the South West had discovered that the local farmer had redirected drainage from a field which had a direct impact on the house. The drainage was diverted away at a very low cost and the problem was solved.
